Wow, sitting in the airport is really boring. Of course everyone here is slightly mad anyway, so that never helps things. Kevin is stealing all the cheese from the free cheese tray, Naya is twittering away like a foolio. Harry and I are just sitting here and my feet are itchy. Life is hard when you're Heather Morris, star of the hit show, Glee. I mean, let's face it. Everyone watches the show because of my sweet dance moves. I steal the show, clearly.
Not to mention Brittany's amazing knowledge. Clearly the girl is a genius, I mean how else would the world have learned that dolphins were just gay sharks? Right? Girl knows things. HAHA! I swear the little things that come out of her mouth are my favorite part of playing Brittany. Script to script I never know what's going to come out of her mouth. Of course, some of the little things are just my ad-libs. I like to throw things in when I can, except I am so not as funny as the writers, so mine aren't as jaw dropping. However, the cat reading the diary thing? Mine. I can claim it. Even if someone tried to tell me I couldn't... I still would. Just secretly. Under the covers, with a flashlight.
I think the biggest question I get asked by people is, "Do you get to take home the cheerio uniform?" My response? *glances from side to side and reaches in bag to show them the skirt and put finger to mouth shushing them. "Shhh... I'm trying to be a ninja. The grasshopper in my window says he wants it." and then wink at them. It always gets a good laugh. In reality, its just a skirt I bought at this amazing thrift store. An old red tennis skirt. But totally works for it. Playing the part is something I love doing.
Getting ready to board the plane to go to London. I kind of hope I get stuck next to that one guy who always talks to you when you fly. Normally, I'm that person. I like to talk to people, find out their stories and make new potential friends. Yes, I'm a people person. Like that surprises anyone, really. Maybe I can sit behind Naya and whisper to her over the seats. Or see if she can really read my mind. Some days I think she and Cory are secretly working together to make me think I'm insane... Yes, I believe this instead of the idea that there really are voices...
